Types of products

Usually takes about 1 hour for an average sized home. This includes interior and exterior photographs.

Includes 7-10 aerial images. Great for unique property lines and interesting views. Can include property lines on final images

Great for picky clients and showing an entire property in a quick video.

Great option for odd floorplans and attracting buyers from out of town. Flooplans can also be created from the scans.

Timing

Standard Photos - usually 1 hour for a standard sized home

Drone photography - 15 minutes

Videography - 30 minutes to an hour

Matterport - Very dependent on square footage and how many stories the home is. 1.5 hrs - 3 hrs

1 week before photos the following should be completed…

Major Renovations and yard work
This will give the seller ample time to dispose of debris so it is not blocking any exterior shots
Packing up clutter and placing these items in a place that will not be photographed (the garage is a great place)
Change all burned out bulbs with the correct color temperature.
Painting touch ups
Clean pools if necessary

Day of…

Move all vehicles out of the driveway and away from the home
Turn on all lights, turn off all fans
Open blinds (I usually adjust them depending on the amount of light in each room
Make sure all toilet seats are down

MLS does not allow for any realtor signs to be in the photographs, so they will need to be installed after photos
Please wait until after photos to install lock boxes on doors
Holiday decorations should be removed or kept to the absolute minimum
Less is more… Have the seller remove countertop clutter (preferably the day before)
